M18 Executive Search is a Benelux Executive Search firm located in Antwerp. Our mission is to bring together client-companies with the most suitable candidates. Finding a match is certainly not as easy as it seems. Through years of experience, we have been able to develop an extremely efficient selection and analysis procedure, which is well organized whilst respectful and human at the same time.

Katrien

carries out the function of Recruitment Consultant and therefore takes care of approaching and interviewing the candidates. Her passion for food extends to tasting wine. We would not be surprised if in a few years we would be calling her a professional wine connoisseur.

Bram

is passionate about IT: in addition to writing the M18 software, he also in his spare time likes to search for all things that are IT-related. He finds England to be a beautiful country because of the language and the landscape.

Öznur

is our Executive Researcher: she actively searches for the click between candidates and customers. After a long, relaxing day of shopping she can unwind with a delicious Turkish dinner.

Gary

is co-manager and takes care of the financial management and back-office operations. With his positive attitude he travels around the world, but also enjoys spending time in his hometown Antwerp by, for instance, going to a football match.

Vivian

effectuates the function of General Manager and Senior Consultant and thus ensures that each and every client is continuously and optimally taken care of. She’s a Coca Cola Light ‘addict’, enjoys long walks and loves spending quality time with family and friends.

At M18 Executive Search we are all keen on chocolate. This delicacy is therefore always abundantly present at the office, both in the kitchen as in the waiting room, so that you too can enjoy our guilty pleasure.

Avital

fulfils the function of Executive Researcher: she consistently finds the perfect match between client organisation and candidate. In her spare time she likes to travel and spend a day of fresh air by the sea. Her motto is: ‘un jour sans rire est un jour perdu’.

Lenie

focusses on the design of M18 Executive Search and is therefore our Graphic Designer. In her spare time, she likes to go out with her camera to capture the world around her.

Karel

is engaged in Online Marketing: he provides the digital content of M18. After eating a tasty lasagna (preferably with little to no vegetables) he enjoys lifting weights in the gym.

direct search

After a thorough analysis of the corporate culture and needs, we summarize the ideal profile of the candidate. During the selection process, we have an intensive and confidential search, of which you regularly receive a written report. This results in a long list of candidates that meet the required profile.

 

selection

From this list of candidates, we will select the most suitable persons based on interviews. We will write reports of the selected candidates and present these to you for one or more interview rounds. If necessary, we check the references of the most important candidates, and when desired, we can participate in the negotiation of contract conditions with the final candidate.

 

succession

We also stay in contact with both the client and placed candidate once the candidate has started working at the client-company. Our follow-up includes active involvement in finding solutions where both parties are satisfied.

recruitment and selection procedure

 

INTERVIEW PHASE

First we briefly interview you by phone, after which we discuss whether or not you are a potential candidate for the vacancy. This is followed by a selection process, in which you obtain more information about the position and the company, after which we’ll organize a job interview. You can count on transparent feedback from us at all times.

 

selection

After the interviews, the client selects the right candidate for the job. When you are that candidate, we invite you to have a meeting with the HR department of the company to discuss your employment contract. We only participate in negotiations on the terms of employment upon request of our client.

 

FOLLOW-UP

Even after you’ve started working for our client, we will continue to stay in touch and monitor whether both parties are satisfied with their decision. If you wish, we will remain in contact longer term, whereby we can always assist you if necessary (for example by giving career advice).
