The Database Project Leader is in charge of the resellers’ database, thereby being responsible for one of the main digital projects of the company. As administrator of the Reseller CRM tool and Reseller database, he/she will play a key role in the development and implementation of all the major marketing activities of the reseller’s Customer Journey, thereby interacting and collaborating with all in-house reseller stakeholders that are either based at Waterloo HQ or in their markets within Europe. He/she will coordinate and lead data quality related projects and ensure a smooth evolution of the CRM platform to support the company’s engagement strategy.
o Studies in Business Administration or (Digital) Marketing, or equivalent through experience.
o First relevant professional experience, preferably in data mining or CRM for an international sales or marketing organization
› Reporting tools: Business metrics analytics (Einstein analytics, PowerBI, etc.)
› CRM system: System & data management rules
o European multi-cultural background;
o Fluent in English, knowledge of French is an asset.
o Good understanding of the SME environment as well as of the international context in which the organisation operates;
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
