Customer Solution Architect



The Customer Solutions Architect plays a proactive and consultative role towards customers and prospects during the definition and elaboration of their telecom and business needs. He/she works with Account Managers and Sales Managers to provide the high quality technical-commercial part of a feasible tailor-made solution that is consistent with the customers’ or prospects’ needs, based on validated internal and external building blocks and in line with our client's capabilities and strategy. The Customer Solutions Architect also manages as a bid manager the overall tendering process for complex opportunities, thereby leading a transversal project team to ensure correct deliverable in time.


University degree (Master degree) in engineering, marketing or economics or comparable via similar experiences in the sector.
Experience in a presales function, or in similar roles such as product management or network engineering.
Understanding of the telecom market with in-depth knowledge of Mobile Voice and Data (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, LTE,...) and/or Fix voice (ISDN, VoIP, SIP, ...) and Fix Data (TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet,,…) technologies.
Experience in bid management is a clear advantage.
