The Identity and Access Management Consultant works closely with colleagues from architecture, development, consultancy and support to develop the best possible Identity Driven Security solution for the client.
Develop and understand how the client organizes its authorization management;
Based on the ‘as is’ prepare functional analyses and develop functionalities with a view on the migration to the ‘to be’ situation;
Participate in the development of the designs and testing, thereby doing some development and configurations when needed;
As part of the team be responsible for validation of the (partial) solution together with the client;
Develop a thorough understanding of the Identity Management tool in order to be able to use this tool and its functionalities optimally, and to understand what the impact of customer requests is in terms of extra configuration/customization efforts;
Challenge clients when needed in order to understand the level of necessity of what they are asking, and think out-of-the-box when having to find the right balance between the estimated value add of their change requests against cost of development;
Keep an overview on the overall project, thereby having an understanding of the impact of the change on the overall picture.
Master degree, or equivalent through experience;
At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Background in IAM is a clear asset;
Good working knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
