- Excellent knowledge of English and very good knowledge of French;
- Proven experience in high level (hard) HR roles;
- Understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes;
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and related (social) laws;
- Experience of working in a remote organization;
- Good analytical skills, well organized, autonomous, flexible kind of person;
- A hands-on, energetic, problem-solver attitude;
- Been used to be working in an international, multi-cultural and remote environment;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
