We have an open position for a Payroll & Employee Administration Manager who will be:

  • Supervising the organization's payroll;
  • Managing the whole employee administration policies and processes.

Because you have:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and very good knowledge of French;
  • Proven experience in high level (hard) HR roles;
  • Understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes;
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures and related (social) laws;
  • Experience of working in a remote organization;
  • Good analytical skills, well organized, autonomous, flexible kind of person;
  • A hands-on, energetic, problem-solver attitude;
  • Been used to be working in an international, multi-cultural and remote environment;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
