M18 MEETS INTERIM MANAGEMENT

With Interim Management, M18 recently added a new service to their offer. The idea is to give an added value to our customers in organizing their staffing resources. You might ask why? Or why now? Of course we have thought this through :), so let’s take you back to how it all started!

Vivian and I have been in touch regularly over the past few years and we have had a very good understanding from the beginning. We share the same vision and many ideas on how to do business. More specifically, we highly value treating all of our stakeholders with the same human touch. Whether you are a customer looking for reinforcement, a candidate targeting a new challenge or just a random passer-by contacting us for advise, we make no distinction.

So who am I and why will I take on the challenge of developing this new service at M18? Well  after finishing my management studies at the VUB in Brussels, and a small side step in the world of sports, I found my way to the people business. I joined Dosign, a well-known player in the projectsourcing of engineering and construction management staff. I started to make my first steps in recruitment and little by little, I became the next Branch Manager of Dosign Belgium. After six years I felt the urge to jump in a new adventure and together with Vivian we came up with the idea to start an Interim Management service. The expertise I have built up over the years in this matter, combined with the network of M18 felt like (and is!) a great combo.
